This page is about the practical application of the principle defined in the home page. If you didnt accept ,or didnt understand, the principle you will probably not find this page useful.
This page contains only brief answers which link to good parts of the old website (which had grown since 2000 or so to be a real muddle!)
Question (A) What needs to change if we are to avoid the Low Back Pain Syndrome in our modern lifestyle?
Answer (A ) If the principle described in this website is correct, then there needs to be a complete change in seating design. Lumbar support and flat backrests are out and must be replaced by designs which support the pelvis to stop it rolling backwards. To understand how different this is, note the following instruction: “Never sit with any direct support for the lumbar or lower thoracic spine”
Question (B) What is pelvic support?

Question (C) What Pelvic Supports are available?

I now have no patent or company manufacturing interest in the promotion of this principle.
Question (D) What can be done surgically?
Answer (D) At the stage of Non-
